When can I request a return or refund?

If there’s something wrong with your order (such as a misprint, damage, or a defect), contact us at info@fcknzs.co.uk or via our social media within 4 weeks of receiving your order. We’ll investigate and offer a solution.

Can I return an item I ordered in the wrong size or colour?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, colour, or due to change of mind.
All products are made to order (personalised), which means they are created especially for you once your order is placed. According to UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised goods are exempt from the right of return unless they are faulty.

We strongly recommend checking our size guides before placing your order. You’ll find them in each product description or by clicking the SIZE GUIDE link above the “Add to basket” button.

What should I do if I received the wrong or faulty item?

If your item was mislabelled, printed incorrectly, arrived damaged, or contains a manufacturing defect, please email us within 7 days of receiving the item. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the problem is confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

What if my parcel is lost in transit?

If your order hasn’t arrived and appears to be lost in transit, please contact us no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If the issue is due to an error on our part, we’ll cover the cost of a replacement or refund.

Where should I send returns?

Please contact us before sending anything back. The return address is printed on the packing slip included in your order. Once we receive a returned shipment, we’ll notify you by email.
You’ll be responsible for covering your own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive the item.

What happens if I enter the wrong address?

If the shipping address you provided is incorrect or insufficient, your parcel may be returned to the sender. In that case, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once we receive and confirm your updated address.

What if my parcel goes unclaimed?

If your parcel goes unclaimed and is returned to our facility, you’ll be responsible for paying for reshipment. Unclaimed items not reshipped within 4 weeks will be donated to charity.

Can I return personalised items?

No. According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;

  2. sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

Because our products are made to order, we reserve the right to refuse returns unless the item is faulty.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within several business days.

I haven’t received my refund — what should I do?

First, double-check your bank account. Then contact your card provider — it may take a few days before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done that and still haven’t received your refund, email us at info@fcknzs.co.uk.
