Shockingly, one in every five items produced by the industry is discarded without ever being worn. These staggering statistics drive our dedication to more responsible production practices.
By working exclusively with on-demand suppliers, we produce only what’s needed, eliminating the waste caused by overproduction. This approach ensures that every item we make has a purpose, reducing unnecessary textile waste. Additionally, our printing partner uses cutting-edge printing technology that consumes significantly less energy than traditional industry printers and generates virtually no wastewater.
Product Production Information
Every product in our catalogue is made on-demand, specifically for you. Once you place an order, we begin production to ensure minimal overproduction and textile waste. This approach aligns with our commitment to more sustainable and environmentally conscious practices.
Printing Technology and Materials
Our garments are printed using the direct-to-garment (DTG) method, a sustainable printing technique. We use Kornit printers, which consume minimal energy and generate almost no wastewater, significantly reducing our carbon footprint.
The inks used are water-based, non-toxic, biodegradable, and completely free of animal by-products, making them vegan-friendly. Any leftover ink is disposed of responsibly in line with supplier guidelines, reflecting our dedication to sustainability.
Production Time and Sustainability
We create each item to order, starting production as soon as you make a purchase. While this takes a little time, it allows us to avoid excess inventory and waste. This on-demand approach ensures that we meet your needs while respecting the planet through environmentally responsible practices.
