When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are subject to our 3 to 5-working-day printing turnaround time before being shipped. Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.
When will my order be delivered?
The shipping time varies based on your location. To check the estimated delivery, head to the cart or checkout page. Once you input your shipping address, the system will calculate the expected delivery timeframe for your order.

We send all items by recorded (tracked) delivery service. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders of more than one item may ship on different dates and from different locations, depending on stock availability.
Can I cancel my order?
We make every item to order. As soon as you place an order, it goes straight to our production team, who begin printing your design to avoid overproduction, excess inventory and unnecessary textile waste. For this reason, orders can’t be cancelled. Please double-check your details before checkout.
Where will my order ship from?
Your order will usually ship from the fulfilment centre closest to your location. We work with a global fulfilment partner that has facilities in the UK, Latvia, Spain, the USA, Canada, Mexico, and Australia. For most of our UK customers, orders are shipped from our UK facility, while customers in the USA usually receive orders from our US facility.
At checkout, you’ll see a notice if a specific product will be shipped from Latvia or the USA. This lets you know in advance if customs fees may apply. Customs duties and taxes are set by your local customs office and are outside of our control; and policies vary between countries.
To make things easier, you can choose the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping option if your order is shipped from the USA to Canada or from Spain/Latvia to the UK. With DDP, customs duties and taxes are covered in advance and included in your shipping cost, so you won’t have to pay anything extra on delivery.
In rare cases, if an item is out of stock at the nearest fulfilment centre, your order may be produced and shipped from the next closest location with available stock. For example, if you’re in the UK and an item isn’t available at the UK fulfilment centre, it may be fulfilled from Latvia or Spain to avoid delays.
This system gives us flexibility while ensuring your order reaches you as quickly and smoothly as possible. If you have any questions about delivery or customs, our support team will be happy to help.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
For international orders, additional customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are set by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Because customs policies vary from country to country, we recommend checking directly with your local customs office to see if fees apply to your purchase.
If your order may be subject to customs, a notice will appear at checkout so you’ll know before completing your payment.
To make things easier, you can also choose the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping option. With DDP, customs duties and taxes are covered in advance, so you won’t have to pay anything extra on delivery. DDP is available for orders shipped from the USA to Canada and from Spain/Latvia to the UK.
What is the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping option?
The Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping option makes international deliveries easier by covering customs duties and taxes in advance. When you select DDP at checkout, all fees are included in the shipping cost – so you won’t need to pay anything extra when your order arrives. Your package will simply be delivered without delays or hidden charges.
Please note: DDP is currently available only for orders shipped from our USA facility to Canada and from our Latvia/Spain facility to the UK.
The cost of DDP shipping is calculated automatically at checkout and depends on:
• Order value
• Size and weight
• Delivery destination
• Local customs regulations
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or your neighbour’s, contact us at info@fcknzs.co.uk with your order number.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for resending your order if you made a mistake in your delivery address.
Where’s my order confirmation or tracking link?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes after placing your order. If you don’t see it in your inbox within 5 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder — it may have ended up there by mistake.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you another email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

I received a wrong/damaged product. What should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us within 4 weeks with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
How do I start the return?
If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@fcknzs.co.uk.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@fcknzs.co.uk with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?
We do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, and we are unable to accept returns due to a wrong fit, change of mind, or preference. All our products are made to order (also known as personalised or print-on-demand), which means each item is created especially for you once your order is placed.
Under UK law, personalised items are exempt from return rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless the item is faulty.
Before placing your order, we strongly recommend checking our size guides, which are available for every product either directly in the product description or by clicking the SIZE GUIDE link just above the “Add to basket” button.
What if I received the wrong item?
Though rare, it’s possible that an item was mislabelled or produced in the wrong size or colour. If this happens, please email us at info@fcknzs.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the incorrect item. If the mistake is confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
